Ultrasonic Welding
Ultrasonic welding is ideal for amorphous polymers such as ABS, acrylic, polycarbonate, and PVC, which have minimal crystalline structure. This process uses high-frequency sound waves to bond materials without adhesives or fasteners. Welding parts made from the same plastic material generally delivers the best results.
Friction Welding
